One of just a handful of authentic competition Cobras, CSX 3006 was delivered new to an American and raced briefly in the U.S. before being exported to the U.K. and participating in several European races, including Goodwood, Zeltweg (Austria) and Brands Hatch in 1966, where co-drivers David Piper and Bob Bondurant won the Ilford 500. Offered from a prominent private collection, it has been fully restored to its 1966 Brands Hatch race specification and will be available at the upcoming Automobiles of London auction on October 28th in London, England.
